Warranty
Umbear builds durable, practical products and proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products. Product(s) with defects and damaged parts (except umbrella fabrics) will be repaired at our discretion within 180 days after the original purchase date. Only product(s) purchased on this website are eligible for the warranty.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and does not apply to damages which are caused by unreasonable, negligent or improper use of the product(s).
To request for repair, please email umbear.hk@gmail.com or fill in the contact form below and provide the following information:
- Order number and your name
- Which product(s) you wish to be repaired
- Specify the defect(s) of the product(s)
We'll respond promptly to walk you through your request! Please also note the following:
- You can visit one of Umbear's authorized dealers for repair. If you send the product(s) to us for repair via a courier, you are responsible for paying all the shipping costs associated.
