Delivery options
Hong Kong:
Free shipping for Hong Kong orders.
All delivery will be processed by SF Express. You can choose either:
- Delivery to your residential or business address.
- Pick-up at any SF Locker. At checkout, please include (1) the code and (2) the locker full address in the address bar. Click here to find out the code and address of all available SF Lockers.
It usually takes 2-3 working days for the arrival of your purchase.
We will give you an update as soon as we have mailed your purchase.
For pickup at a SF Locker, it is possible that your SF Locker location does not have any vacancy, resulting in a delay of a few working days for your pickup. SF Express will contact you for further arrangements if this happens.
Macau:
The delivery will be processed by an international courier company.

We are unable to provide the shipping time of international delivery for you. Once the order has been delivered, we will send you the tracking number immediately. The courier company will provide you with an expected delivery date.
Please ensure that the address, postal code, and telephone information provided are correct. If there are any missing information or errors, we will contact you to collect the required information. The delivery time could be affected as a result. Moreover, credit card payment review, customs clearance, and weather conditions will affect the delivery time.
As countries have different regulations regarding imports, import duties will be calculated during customs clearance. The courier company will contact you for the details. For more information, please check the relevant government page of your country.
