Returns and Exchanges

We think you will love your Umbear's product but if for some reasons you need to return your purchase, product(s) purchased on this website may be returned for a refund or an exchange for a replacement within 10 days after the original purchase date. The product(s) must have all original tags attached, be unused, and be in original new condition.

To request for return or exchange, please email umbear.hk@gmail.com or fill in the contact form below and provide the following information:

• Order number and your name
• Which product(s) you wish to return for a refund or exchange
• The specific reason for the return or exchange

We'll respond promptly to walk you through your request! Please also note the following: 

• You can visit one of Umbear's authorized dealers to return your product(s) for refund or exchange. If you return the product(s) to us via a courier, you are responsible for paying all the shipping costs associated. 

In the event of any dispute, Umbear reserves the right of final decision.
