Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Umbear umbrella! However, if you need to make a return for any reason, we offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase for all items bought on our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your umbrella or folding umbrella must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please email us at umbear.hk@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below with the following information:

• Your Order Number and Name

• The specific product model you wish to return

• The reason for your return or exchange

Our support team will get back to you promptly to process your request!

Return Methods:

• In-Person: You may visit any authorized Umbear dealer to return your product for a refund or exchange.

• By Mail: If you choose to mail the product back to us, please note that customers are responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

In the event of any dispute, Umbear reserves the right to make the final decision.
