Delivery options

Hong Kong: 

Free shipping on all Hong Kong orders. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days will be dispatched the same day.

All orders are delivered by SF Express. You can choose from the following delivery methods:

  1. Direct Delivery: Delivered straight to your residential or business address.
  2. SF Locker Pickup: At checkout, please enter the (1) Location Code and (2) Detailed Address of your chosen locker in the address field. You can click here to view all SF Locker codes and addresses.

Your items will typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

We will notify you immediately once your order has been dispatched. Please keep an eye out for SMS notifications from SF Express and monitor your shipment's tracking status.

Note: If you select SF Locker pickup, there may occasionally be delays of a few extra business days if the lockers are full. Should this happen, SF Express will contact you directly to make further arrangements.

China, Taiwan & Macao:

Important Delivery Notes

International Delivery Times: We cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes for orders shipped outside of Hong Kong. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package directly with the courier.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure the address and phone number you provide are complete and accurate. Any errors, omissions, or locations requiring extra details may result in us needing to contact you, which can cause delivery delays. Delivery times may also be affected by bank payment verifications, customs clearance processes, and severe weather conditions.

Taxes and Duties: Due to varying import regulations across different countries, import taxes and duties will be calculated during customs clearance. The courier will contact you with specific details. For more information regarding import taxes in your specific region, please consult your local government or customs website.
